Volunteer on land or in your canoe or kayak.
Grab your kayaks and join us for the Nansemond River Cleanup on September 26th! This annual regional event is organized by Keep Suffolk Beautiful and the Izaak Walton League, is aimed at enhancing the health of our watershed. We’ll gather at Constant’s Wharf Park and Marina.
We’ll provide cleanup supplies at the site. Volunteers planning to participate by boat should bring their kayak or canoe. Long grabbers will be distributed to those using boats. Stay updated by following Keep Suffolk Beautiful on Facebook and Instagram.
