Exhibition Summary

Barbara Harris is an accomplished Virginia native who is active in the art community. Harris cofounded the Suffolk Plein Air Society and co-chaired the first Suffolk Plein Air Festival in 2021 in partnership with the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts. Her artwork depicts landscapes ranging from rural areas to coastal scenes and cityscapes in the medium of soft pastel and oil painting. 

Art of Wine Opening Reception, Thursday October 23, 5:30pm-7:00pm

This will include free entry, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar and a chance to meet and greet with the featured artist Barbara Harris.

Art of Wine Dinner, Friday, November 14, 6:00pm-8:00pm

Gallery Lounge, 1st floor

This will include wine parings, dinner and a wonderful discussion with the featured artist Barbara Harris. Art will also be on sale and a portion of the proceeds will go to support our mission of creating access to the arts. Harris will converse with the restaurant patrons about her artistic career, the inspiration for her technique and an overall joyful conversation over dinner.
