Matthew Tuttle, Field Archaeologist, will discuss the excavation of Whitemarsh Plantation of Joseph Bridger, the Patron of St. Luke’s Church. Matt worked with Alain Outlaw and Archaeological and Cultural Solutions Inc. He is an adjunct Professor at Christopher Newport University and holds degrees in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and East Carolina University.
