Event Details

Bring the family and join friends for the annual lighting of the downtown Christmas tree at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025. The tree will be on the lawn by the stage at Main Street Square at 228 Main Street in Smithfield.

Enjoy live performances by the Trinity United Methodist Preschool students and Smithfield Little Theatre at this annual holiday tradition. Free admission.

The Smithfield Woman’s Club will provide complimentary refreshments at the conclusion of the program.
