Jewelry Workshop - Bezel a Focal Bead

Sunday, May 18, 2025: 1:00 – 3:00 pm

This class will teach basic bead embroidery. Students will select a decorative button and embellish with Czech or Japanese glass seed beads. The class will focus on the sequence of stitching, application of the ultra-suede backing, and creating an attachment base for the chain/hanging material.

Instruction will discuss how and where to obtain supplies, alternative stitching patterns, and appropriate components. Students will have a choice of two color palettes. Student Age Level: 10 years and up Special Requirements: Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Workshop Fee $45, ($55 for non-members) plus a Materials Fee: $20 all materials and tools will be purchased and provided by the instructor. The costs for obtaining the materials will be listed as a separate fee and paid 1 week prior to class.
